In response to what we’d observed had become a recurring challenge for our clients within their credit management processes, we launched our insolvency servicing offering in 2017.

This offering leverages a tailor-built insolvency servicing platform which we developed specifically for the Australian market, and have continued to innovate as the market and our clients’ needs have evolved.

Our insolvency servicing team consists of highly specialised resources who have unique expertise within the Australian insolvency framework and market.

Since the unit’s inception, we have rapidly grown our client base and now service the personal insolvency portfolios of many of Australia’s largest credit providers, as well as various smaller players.

We have oversight over the vast majority of Australian personal insolvencies, and are the leading provider of insolvency management services in Australia, as well as being the single-largest independent source of personal insolvency data in Australia.

We take on operational tasks

We absorb many of the complex and intricate operational/administrative tasks that come alongside an insolvent portfolio and are typically time consuming and burdensome for our clients to perform internally. These include maintaining an exhaustive system of record of all administrations as they progress from proposal through to completion, reconciling and consolidating daily administration proceeds and managing correspondence with insolvency practitioners.

Open communication

We also ensure our insolvency servicing clients are always abreast of key developments in the regulatory and wider credit environment, to ensure their processes and decisioning are optimally aligned and adjusted for an evolving landscape.

Expanding and Innovating

Guided by the evolution of our clients’ needs, and changing market conditions, we’ve continued to expand and innovate this offering since its inception. Recently, this included an expansion into the commercial insolvency space, as well as our entrance into the informal insolvency space where we facilitate information flows between creditors and insolvency practitioners.
