Keryn Brunner

Executive Chair

Keryn Brunner joined Bravure in September 1998 to manage the company’s business in Australia. In that role, Keryn positioned Bravure as the leader in Australia’s affinity market and spearheaded the company’s efforts to build partnerships and professional affinities and to structure retail financial service deals. In 2009, the Australian business further expanded to intermediating consumer debt sales in the Australian market.

Prior to joining Bravure, Keryn spent a year working on co-brands and product development for MasterCard International in Australia and five years leading global marketing initiatives for MasterCard International in the US. Before joining MasterCard, she spent five years at Ernst & Young in Wellington, New Zealand, and Sydney, in both marketing and auditing roles.

Keryn has a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing and Accounting) from Massey University, New Zealand. She is a graduate of the AICD has completed a negotiation course with the Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Alex Vale

Managing Director

Alex Vale became the Managing Director of Bravure in 2019 after joining Bravure in 2011 as the Debt Advisory Director.

Alex was responsible for growing the debt advisory business unit from an initial start up to the successful core business of Bravure. This included all business development, relationship management, deal execution and ongoing strategy development across Australia, New Zealand and Canada.  

Alex has continually broadened and enhanced the scope of services offered to Bravure’s clients to include the complete management of debt sale programs, analytics support, advisory services and insolvency management. This ongoing development of products and services has ensured the long-term success of our client partnerships and established Bravure as a trusted advisor and thought leader within the industry.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Business in Applied Finance from the University of Western Sydney and has completed a negotiation course with the Harvard Business School Executive Education.

Tom O’Malley-Jones

Executive Manager

Tom O’Malley-Jones joined Bravure in 2014 and has held positions in relationship management roles with a background in analytics. As an Executive Manager, Tom is responsible for the ongoing management of all the existing client relationships through a team of dedicated account managers as well as the analytics team.

Through these engagements Tom is responsible for the development and implementation of initiatives on behalf of major blue-chip companies across the banking and finance, telecommunications, utility and automotive finance industries. These initiatives are primarily targeted at improving the returns associated with non-performing assets through advisory, sale and outsourcing functions.

Tom has a Bachelor of Commerce (Economics and Finance) from the University of Sydney.

David Beynon

Senior Manager Operations

David Beynon joined Bravure in 2013 and has worked across all areas in the Debt Advisory business.

As Senior Manager Operations, David is responsible for managing the operational components of the solutions Bravure implements for its clients.

David has extensive experience in the receivables management industry, working across credit cycles from early delinquency right through to insolvency.  David has experience working in the receivables across banking and finance, utility, telco and insurance. David is able to take learnings from multiple industries to apply a best practice approach to his work.  Prior to joining Bravure, David managed the operations team at Baycorp, specialising in the late stage collection of purchased portfolios.

David’s recent focus has been on the management of insolvency portfolios, developing an extensive understanding of all insolvency options to increase financial returns of Bravure clients.

David holds a Bachelor of Business in Applied Finance from the University of Western Sydney.

Danni Teuma

Senior Manager of Business Services

Danni Teuma joined Bravure in 2013 and has held positions across operations, analytics and I.T with a background in Business Analysis. As the Senior Manager of Business Services, Danni is responsible for the ongoing management and development of systems, reporting and quality assurance.

Prior to joining the Bravure group, Danni was a lead business analyst at Baycorp overseeing all system development.

Danni has 20 years’ experience in the debt collection industry delivering process and system solutions to internal and external clients. Danni has managed a number of projects ranging from system integrations, client implementations, data migrations and data warehouse design.

Catherine Falkner

Office Manager

Catherine Falkner joined Bravure in November 2017. With over 10 years’ experience in Office Management, Catherine manages the day to day operations of the Bravure office, specialising in expense management, payroll and accounts.
